We all know that education is the key to success. In today's society, it is necessary and important to get an education and without education, you cannot progress in the world.

For the past two decades, the world has emphasized online learning and Covid-19 has also boosted online education in the last two years. We have seen many challenges in online education as compared to face-to-face education and people believe that face-to-face education is much better than online education. Face-to-face learning grants more organization and more hands-on instruction.

Face-to-face education allows for easier and more good learning through "hands-on" instructions. Face-to-face education empowers students to get a better understanding of lectures by asking questions frequently.

On the contrary, it is difficult to ask questions in online education as students have to write long questions through messages, emails, and discussion boards unable to get a quick response from the instructor due to which they cannot better understand lectures. It makes it harder for students to answer questions properly in the exams.

Online education has a serious physical communication gap. Studies show that immediate and prompt feedback response time is crucial to effective learning. This states that face-to-face education is better than online education because of the interactions between professors and students.

Face-to-face education provides opportunities for students to make new friends, join social circles, and meet new people by socially interacting with classmates in the classroom. Meeting new people is a great way to sharpen the social skills of students. This helps a lot in the building of trust, social character, and confidence in a student.

Socializing with others is a perfect way to form relationships that can lead to sharing experiences with one another and making future job connections. Conversely, online learning depletes a person of these socializing opportunities. Students study alone at their homes in online education which does not allow them to interact effectively with other students in their classes and institutions. Students use text messages, and social media sites to talk with their peers.

Students face many hurdles when they try to socialize face to face with other people for working discussion in their professional lives as they don't know how to interact face to face effectively. Collaborating with others provides various additional benefits for a student to be successful in the real world rather than spending time at home.

Students attend class physically in face-to-face learning which tends them to be more focused on the subject at hand as the teacher will keep the classroom distraction-free. Many classroom limit students to being on their mobile phones or laptops, therefore, decreasing the number of distractions. Students actively participate in activities, lectures, and training.

On the other hand, online education offers more opportunities to become distracted and stay away from better and effective learning. Students access their classes from homes, their offices, and in public spaces which increases the chances of distracting students from learning. Mobile phones, family members, and internet connections distract students from their studies which makes them fail exams. Since the traditional way of learning has always been in a physical classroom, many people think that students become more distracted in this type of environment.

People believe that face-to-face education is much better than online education. Students prefer the traditional way of learning in the classroom for better and more effective learning and students can perform better at their jobs in the future. The world is going towards online learning but there are very less chances of a successful online learning environment and style. We are incorporating different styles of learning and students have to accept these methods to progress with the world.
